Photography & Video

As a photographer, I was enthralled by the incredible mountain views around Joseph Oregon and to an equal extent, the beauty of Wallowa County in general. Although you can't compare being here to any photo, I offer panoramic mountain pictures that catch the sweeping views of the Wallowa Mountains, Eagle Cap Wilderness and Wallowa Lake. These prints as well as the more traditional shaped Joseph Oregon Prints represent my most popular work. I also do on-site architectural photography using a special rectilinear wide angle lens. I incorporate Residential VR Tours and with this service.

After years of editing digital video for myself, the technology finally evolved making web video viable. I offer complete production services at reasonable rates using the latest Adobe software and royalty-free music scores.

Printing & Reproduction

I began experimenting with photographic inkjet printing back in the early days when desktop units didn't have a proper way to control color. Fortunately a lot has changed since then and while the process is still far from automatic, very good results can now be consistently produced.

I offer 24" large format archival printing using the same equipment as the Ansel Gallery. My prices are very competitive and the results are approved by the most scrutinizing of photographers and local artists. In addition to printing, I offer scanning services using the Epson 4990, rated at 4800 dpi. This highly versatile machine can scan multiple slides or transparencies up to 8 x 10 inches. If you have artwork that needs to be reproduced, I suggest direct scanning of the original and stitching if it cant be done in a single pass. For larger pieces you could consider getting a photo shot with at least a 4 x 5 camera.
